Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

  • These Terms and Conditions of Online Sale apply to all reservations and purchases made online.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website enables users to reserve rooms.
  • The reservations and purchases can also be made via mobile services such as mobile internet. The same Terms and Conditions of Online Sale shall apply.
  • Any visitor making an online reservation or requesting any services through the ADI DHARMA Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) confirms having received from the ADI DHARMA HOTEL
  • All reservations made through the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website or mobile services implies consultation and full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Online Sale. No reservation, no purchase can be made without this unreserved acceptance.
  • The Guest, prior to ordering any services available on the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website, declares that the reservation of these services is for personal use.
  • The Guest can use the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website to make legitimate reservations and shall not use it to make speculative, fraudulent and false reservations.
  • The Guest confirms that he/she is fully able to legally commit to these terms and conditions.
  • The Guest confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Online Sale.
  • These Terms and Conditions of Online Sale can be changed at any time, in which event the new version of the Terms and Conditions of Online Sale will apply automatically and immediately to all Guests from the time it is published online.


Reservation

  • Only services presented and available on the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website can be reserved by the Guest.
  • The Guest is solely responsible for his/her choice of services. The Guest confirms that he/she is aware of the nature, the purpose and the reservation terms of the services available on the ADI DHARMA Website.
  • The reservation is deemed accepted by the Guest at the end of the reservation process.


Reservation Process

The Guest shall respect the below process:
  • To find a Hotel, to select a check-in and a check-out date, to select a room and rate
  • To select, when needed and/or available, additional services
  • To check the reservation details, the total price including taxes and the applicable Hotel’s policies and sales conditions related to the selected rate
  • To inform the Guest details as required
  • To read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of Online Sale
  • To confirm the reservation
  • To guarantee the reservation
  • To pay for the reservation (when requested only).


Acknowledgement of receipt of the reservation

  • The Guest reservation is subject to an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
  • The email shall summarize the dates, the services reserved, the prices, the address of the Hotel concerned, the Hotel’s policies related to the selected rate.


Guarantee of the Reservation

  • The Guest shall provide his/her credit card details as a guarantee of the reservation using a valid credit card (except for some special offers for which the payment will be required).
  • The Guest shall inform:
    • His/her credit card number.
    • Its expiration date.
    • Its card verification number (csv).
  • In case of a cancellation not done according to the Hotel cancellation policy, the cost of the first night will be debited.
  • In case of a no-show (where the Guest did not arrive) without any cancellation received by the Hotel according to the Hotel cancellation policy, the cost of the first night will be debited.
  • In case the guarantee is declined after the Guest has confirmed his/her reservation, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
  • The Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the sales conditions related to the selected rate.
  • The Guest attests to the truth and accuracy of the information submitted for this reservation purposes.


Payment of the Reservation

  • For certain special offers and/or packages, payment is required upon booking.
  • When the payment is required, the amount is debited once the Guest has confirmed his/her booking online.
  • To process with the payment the Guest shall inform:
    • His/her credit card number.
    • Its expiration date.
    • Its card verification number (csv).
  • Prepaid reservations cannot be changed and/or cancelled. Sums paid in advance will not be reimbursed unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the Sales conditions for the related rate.
  • In case the payment is declined after the Guest has confirmed his/her reservation, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
  • The Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the sales conditions related to the selected rate.
  • The Guest attests to the truth and accuracy of the information submitted for this payment purposes.


Third Party

  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL has appointed DOKU (Online Payment Provider) to operate and secure online payments by card.
  • The validity of the payments is verified by DOKU. Payment cards can be declined for some reasons such as: stolen or blocked card, credit limit reached, incorrect details entered. In case of such a situation, the Guest shall first contact his/her bank and then the Hotel to confirm his/her reservation and method of payment.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible in the event an online card payment is declined by DOKU for any reason whatsoever. 
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible in case of dispute about any payment. Nevertheless, in such a situation ADI DHARMA HOTEL will assist both parties (Guest & DOKU) to settle it by providing necessary supporting document and information.


Rates

  • All reservations are payable in the Hotel’s local currency unless specifically indicated otherwise by the hotel concerned.
  • Rates confirmed are inclusive of Government taxes and service charge applicable on the day the reservation and/or purchase is made.
  • Any change or implementation of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically impacted on the prices shown on the billing date.
  • If payment to the Hotel is made in a currency other than the currency confirmed on the reservation, the Guest will be liable for the conversion fees.
  • Foreign currency conversions are given as guidance only and are non-binding.


Stay

  • The Indonesian Authorities requests the Guest to complete a police registration form upon arrival at the Hotel. A proof of identity shall be provided to the Hotel’s employee and a copy of the identity proof will be made and kept by the Hotel. Those registration form are at the disposal of the Local Authorities.
  • A deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required upon check-in to guarantee your stay.
  • The Hotels’ rooms must be occupied in respect to the Hotel’s policy and to the Safety and Regulations laws in force in the country.
  • The Guest agrees to use the room responsibly and to respect the comfort of his/her neighbors.
  • Any behavior contrary to good morals, to public order and to other Guests’ safety and security will result in the Hotel’s General Manager requesting the Guest to leave the Hotel without any delay and without any kind of compensation. Sums already paid/prepaid will not be reimbursed. The General Manager has the possibility to decide whether or not to report that situation to the local Authorities.
  • Hotels are offering free Internet connection in all the Hotels’ premises. The Guest is responsible for its online activity, accept and understand that behavior contrary to good moral is punishable by the Law in force in the country.
  • Some Hotels are under some specific local regulations. The Guest accepts and agrees to strictly respect those regulations. In case the Guest would not respect it, the General Manager may have to request the Guest to leave the Hotel without any delay and without any kind of compensation. Sums already paid/prepaid will not be reimbursed. The General Manager has the possibility to decide whether or not to report that situation to the local Authorities.
  • Some Hotels have specific internal regulations. The Guest accepts and agrees to strictly respect those regulations. In case the Guest would not respect it, the General Manager may have to request the Guest to leave the Hotel without any delay and without any kind of compensation. Sums already paid/prepaid will not be reimbursed.


Privacy 

  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL is as concerned as its Guests about the privacy of any information that the Guest may provide through ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website.
  • The Guest authorizes ADI DHARMA HOTEL to communicate his personal data to third parties only on the condition that such communication is deemed necessary to ADI DHARMA HOTEL carrying out its operations as stated in these terms and conditions.
  • The Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms of the Website Privacy Policy available on: https://www.adidharmahotel.com/Privacy-Policy 
  • DOKU has made a professional commitment to ADI DHARMA HOTEL to ensure that all possible security, privacy and confidentiality assurance measures are taken.
  • The Guest is informed and accepts that his/her IP address is recorded at the time of the reservation.


Liability

  • All photos and pictures shown on ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website are non-binding and for information purposes only.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL is making efforts to provide pictures and texts as accurate as possible. Despite those efforts, some variations may occur. In such a case, ADI DHRMA HOTEL cannot be held responsible for those variations.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the reservation in case of force majeure, actions of third parties and others or in case of a declined prepayment from the Guest’s bank. ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage as a result.
  • Some hyperlinks may be displayed on the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website and linked to other websites. ADI DHARMA HOTEL cannot be held responsible for the contents, the service and possible consequences as a result.


Relocation

  • In case of a Hotel could not honored a guaranteed or prepaid reservation, the Hotel shall relocated the Guest to a hotel of equivalent category. All costs involved in the transfer and in the modification are to be borne by the hotel firstly chosen by the Guest.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the guaranteed or prepaid reservation in case of force majeure.


ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website Availability

  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL reserves the right, without notice or indemnity, to temporarily or permanently shut down the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website or its online reservation pages.
  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL is not responsible for damages of any nature that may result from these changes and/or from the temporary unavailability or indeed permanent shutdown of all or part of the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website or its associated services, such as the online reservation pages.


Force Majeure

  • ADI DHARMA HOTEL shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the reservation in the event of a force majeure/ unforeseen events. Force majeure meaning any events beyond the control of ADI DHARMA HOTEL.


Terms and Conditions of Online Sale Acceptance

  • By confirming a Guaranteed reservation or a prepaid reservation, the Guest confirms that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions of Online Sales as well as the Sales conditions related to the rates selected.
  • The confirmation of a reservation (whether guaranteed or prepaid) constitute an electronic signature equivalent in value to a physical signature between the parties.


Applicable Law

  • These Terms and Conditions of Online Sale are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • All the information available at the ADI DHARMA HOTEL Website is shown in English.
